This proposal didn't start with a brief. It started with 4 hours of independent research on biosymm.com.au — the SEO audit, ICE-scored CRO issues, keyword gaps, ICP mapping — all before this call was in anyone's calendar.
Occupational health is a massive, underserved market with a clear growth playbook. Biosymm has the product, the 25-year history, and the clinical credibility. What it doesn't have yet is a growth engine. That's what I build.
