michelle obama monkey
The keyword “Michelle Obama Monkey” has been the most searched result on Google at the moment. This has brought much offensive pictures on Michelle Obama from various of sources. Although Google did state that “Sometimes our search results can be offensive. We agree. Read more.” (See above), but still, Google should implement a policy on removing such vulgar pictures on Michelle Obama if we have to point out the ethic factor. Google as a content search engine should be more responsible to the type of the content being viewed as they are the most widely used search engine at the moment. Maybe filtering the results or adding a feature for the user to report any offensive images in the result as this would reduce the chance of another “Michelle Obama Monkey” stories in the Google’s eye. I hope Michelle does not take this matter seriously as it is really an absurd move from the poster who post such offensive images on her. Nevertheless, the sad part is, we still differentiate each other with skin’s color and the matter should have been taken seriously.
